大家好！ 我是李壮志。此时此刻 已经回到家中。
散场的时候，秦立永说：“我怎么有一种大学毕业的感觉？ 难舍难离。”
其实这种感觉，我也有，最近两三年特别多。 在某些学习课程结束的时候，大家特别不想分离。 后来 我发现 正能量的学习组织里面 充满着 爱，简快课堂 这种爱的感觉 无比浓郁，成员之间 彼此信任、彼此心疼、彼此爱护、彼此激励，这种环境 不存在利益纠葛、立场站队，我们褪去各种社会符号，回归到了 生命的本初，一个又一个鲜活的灵魂。
爱是一切力量的源泉！
上世纪八十年代末。爱因斯坦的女儿Lieserl 将父亲去世时写的1400封信捐给了希伯来大学，其中一封信传递了对人类命运的精髓解读 和 相信爱无穷力量的呐喊：
信中这样写到：
“When I proposed the theory of relativity, very few understood me, and what I will reveal now to transmit to mankind will also collide with the misunderstanding and prejudice in the world.
当我提出相对论时候，知己甚少，而今天我要传达的更与这个世界的误解和偏见格格不入。
I ask you to guard the letters as long as necessary, years, decades, until society is advanced enough to accept what I will explain below.
我希望你能好好保存这些邮件，也许几年，几十年后，直到社会进化到能接受我的观点。
There is an extremely powerful force that, so far, science has not found a formal explanation to. It is a force that includes and governs all others, and is even behind any phenomenon operating in the universe and has not yet been identified by us. This universal force is LOVE.
有一种极其强大的力量，在科学届也无法解释。这是一种统治其他所有的宇宙运行的现象却不被我们认知的力量。这种伟大的力量叫“爱”。
When scientists looked for a unified theory of the universe they forgot the most powerful unseen force. Love is Light, that enlightens those who Give and Receive it. Love is gravity, because it makes some people feel attracted to others. Love is power, because it multiplies the best we have, and allows humanity not to be extinguished in their blind selfishness. Love unfolds and reveals. For LOVE we live and die. Love is God and God is Love.
当科学家去寻找宇宙的大一统理论，他们却忘却了一些无形之力。爱是光明，它点亮了那些给予和获取的人们。爱是引力，因为它让人们彼此吸引。爱是能量，它产生最美好的东西，并让人们不被他们盲目的自私而压制。爱能绽放，爱能昭示。为了爱我们生存和死亡。爱是上帝，上帝就是爱！
This force explains everything and gives meaning to life. This is the variable that we have ignored for too long, maybe because we are afraid of love because it is the only energy in the universe that man has not learned to drive at will.
这种力量解释万物也给予生命的意义。这个变量我们无视了太久，也许因为我们害怕爱，因为这是宇宙中我们人类唯一至今还无法驾驭的力量！
To give visibility to love, I made a simple substitution in my most famous equation. If instead of E = mc² we accept that the energy to heal the world can be obtained through love multiplied by the speed of light squared, we arrive at the conclusion that love is the most powerful force there is, because it has no limits.
为了解释它，我把最有名的公式E=mc² 做个简单替代。如果大家接受这个能量来治愈世界，那么爱乘以光速的平方，我们就得到这个结论：爱是最伟大的力量，因为它是无限的！
After the failure of humanity in the use and control of the other forces of the universe that have turned against us, it is urgent that we nourish ourselves with another kind of energy…
在人类无法使用控制宇宙中其他的力量之后，我们迫切需要用另一种能量去滋补自己。
If we want our species to survive, if we are to find meaning in life, if we want to save the world and every sentient being that inhabits it, love is the one and only answer.
如果想让我们的宗族生存，如果我们想要找到生活意义，如果想要拯救世界和居住在地球的所有生灵，爱是唯一的答案！
Perhaps we are not yet ready to make a bomb of love, a device powerful enough to entirely destroy the hate, selfishness and greed that devastate the planet.
也许我们还没有准备好爱的炸药，一种强大武器去摧毁那些让星球毁灭的仇恨，自私，贪欲。
However, each individual carries within them a small but powerful generator of LOVE whose energy is waiting to be released.
但每个人都携带了一些许却可以等待释放出强大力量的“爱”的发电机。
When we learn to give and receive this universal energy, dear Lieserl, we will have affirmed that Love conquers all, is able to transcend everything and anything, because Love is the quintessence of Life!
当我们学会给予和获取这种强力的时候，亲爱的Lieserl，我们会确认爱征服一切，有能力去传递任何信息，因为爱是生命的精华。

爱需要无条件、爱需要去学习、理解，爱需要技巧、爱需要应用。
四天简快的课程，最大的收获不仅仅是收获了来自所有伙伴的爱；更重要的是道与术完美结合。有的时候，不是没有爱，而是我们因为缺乏正见，看不到、无法解读。有的时候，不是没有爱，而是我们不懂得如何表达、经营、发展这份爱。
感谢李莉老师，感谢众位师友，让大壮体会到了不一样的爱，不一样的视角。
既然学习了爱，那么我们就把它用出来。
学习的最高境界 不是掌握多少高深理论、学科体系，而是立刻应用、时时应用。
用了，就是有用。 没用就是没用！
今年的父亲节，我尝试突破了自己在众人面前 与父亲拥抱并说出我的感谢；而这份勇气和契机也是来源于简快公开课 秦立永 以及头马 学友Kelly的分享。
当我拥抱父亲的那一刻，感觉好温暖、好温暖；其实对于父亲，我并没有心中想象的那份怨气，只是我们双方都没有找到 彼此接受的表达与沟通方式而已； 同样 父亲也给予了我积极的回应，那一刻 确实 我找到了儿时的感觉......
学习了简快，我希望在下次回家的时候，找合适的机会，与爸爸、妈妈用简快中所传授的语言形式表达出来。（等做完后，再与各位分享心得、感受）
聚是一团火、散是满天星，让爱 贯穿于每一天的生活！
虽然今天暂时分别，但我们心中都已种下一粒种子。
回想 来之前，有人可能会期待 找到一座灯塔 指引前行，可是 当课程结束的时候，我们也许发现 自己已经成长为一座灯塔、一颗明星，给他人带去爱和希望，就像 李莉老师给予我们的一样。
每一个人都是一座孤岛，但每个人又不是一座孤岛，因为岛与岛之间是海水相连，而这无边无际海水的就是彼此之间的爱。
愿你我都可以活出精彩的自己，走进爱意满满的世界！
