任务分析
在jupyter里面绘制数据图表。
a.先在终端输入jupyter notebook，启动jupyter跳到一个Home页面

b.点击pythoy创建新页面

c.导入charts模块，按照格式创建series对象，用charts.plot()方法展示，其中传入的三个参数分别是：目标对象，显示方式以及标题。（按shift+enter运行）
