# open the /etc/fstab
sudo nano /etc/fstab
#add the following on the last row
/swapfile none swap sw 0 0
#save and exit
安装pytorch
conda create -n torch38 python=3.8
conda activate torch38
sudo apt install python3-pip
pip3 install torch torchvision torchaudio

conda install pytorch
安装pyqt5
sudo apt update
sudo apt-get install python3-pyqt5
sudo apt-get install pyqt5-dev-tools
sudo apt-get install qttools5-dev-tools
验证
python3 -m PyQt5.Qt --version
