It doesn’t get more basic than using salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and olive oil when cooking meats. I’ve added onions to bring a sweet and savory flavor to this classic pork dish. If you’re having a large party, use a whole pork loin and double the recipe ingredients.

4 pound boneless pork loin

Preparation
准备:
Season the pork with salt, garlic, paprika and pepper and let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.

When ready to cook, top with the olive oil and the sliced onion.

Roast the pork for about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees F, basting with onion sauce every 20 minutes.

Cook for another 15 minutes.

When the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F, remove the roast from the oven and let sit for about 20 minutes before carving.
