“未来的25年里，最热门的职业究竟会是哪些？”身边的一些学校负责人讨论过这些问题。鉴于我日常与多名资深的HR接触以及在教育方面的十多年经验和专业知识，便自然而然的开始思考这个有趣的问题.
每当思考这些问题的时候，我就像在观察一个“预示未来”难以捉摸的水晶球，再做出一个遥远的猜测。说实话，你根本无法预测25年后到底是成为老师还是医生可以更胜一筹，如果不是我对现在自己正进行的项目有着绝对的信心，我还真有点回答不上来了呢！
如今我正在进行的最大的项目——创习（CYBF），目的在提高人们的创新创业能力，而且我一直想利用人工智能来分析人的能力性格以及行为特点。其实我之前并没有过多的注意人工智能（AI）,但是之后人工智能在我今后的文章里越来越多。记得DeepMind开发的AlphaGo击败围棋大师樊麾的时候，我还对人工智能不怎么感冒，那时的我只关注我最爱的球队曼联在那一季的英超联赛中失利。然而，当我发现我的合作方竟然能利用人工智能来精准分析学生和员工的能力时，我才发现人工智能的魔力和神秘的力量！如果你现在还不知道人工智能和机器学习到底是什么，你还不多多了解一下更待何时？
稍微有点跑题了，我的重点是，人工智能必将，早晚，会改变世界。未来，人类不再需要学车了，基于人类这么容易出错，也更不会存在酒驾的问题。机器学习时代即将到来，与此同时，别说是体力劳动的工作，就算一些像医生这样需要一定技术的工作，都将渐渐不复存在。所以当然，人工智能会导致一定的失业，但是别担心，人工智能是无法处理细腻的人际关系，这种岗位很难替代。听说许多剑桥博士今年已经在这方面取得了惊人的进展，我想他们会给我们带来新的惊喜！
因此，我相信未来25年里只有两种工作岗位还会存在：一是能够掌控人工智能的，二是还未被人工智能掌控的。这难道意味着每个人都需要成为学习机器，能够挖掘数据或开发算法的大师？我当然不是这个意思。毕竟，人工智能还要应用到商业领域，所以既懂商业又懂科技的专家必不可少！至于不可轻易被取代的工作肯定都是十分复杂的，我相信人工智能还做不到，除非有些天才可以解决这一问题。

Jobs in 25 years
The other day Iwas asked a very interesting question by a number of school administrators,which related to what they think were going to be the most popular types ofjobs in the next 25 years. Given my background in HR and expertise ineducation, naturally this question was always going to be directed to me atsome point.
One of mybiggest problems with these sorts of questions is that this is like lookinginto a crystal ball of the unknown and trying to make a far-fetched guess. Imean honestly, how are you goig to be able to predict if a doctor versus ateacher was going tobe more in demandin 25 years. If I weren’t so fixated on some of my ongoing projects right now,there would be no way I would be able to answer this question without lookingfoolish.
Asides from my
biggest project at the moment which is aimed at promoting innovation and
entrepreneurship, what we call创习(CYBF), I have been extremely interested in adopting artificial
intelligence to analyze a person’s competencies and personality traits. If you read my upcoming orprevious articles, you would have noticed an increase of mentioning inartificial intelligence (AI), which is something I never paid attention to.When Google’s Deep Mind was crushing, I was barely interested and certainlymore preoccupied with my beloved team, Manchester United’s failings in that premierleague season. However, after embarking on a journey to allow AI to accuratelyanalyze competencies for students both for CYBF events as well as corporateemployees, I began to realize that this sort of technology. If you don’talready understand what AI and machine-learning is, then you really need tostart learning more about this before it is too late.
Okay, so itseemed that the previous paragraph I was running off on a tangent, but thepoint I was trying to make was that Artificial Intelligence will truly CHANGEthe future of this world! Gone will be the days of learning how to drive - Imean after all humans are error-prone when it comes to this not to mention thenotorious issue of drink-driving. Yes, it will be the era of machine learning,which will gradually weed out not just manual labor jobs, but even skilled jobssuch as a doctor. Granted, Artificial intelligence will have problems replacingany relationship aspect of doing business, but then again I have heard storiesthat a number of Cambridge PhDs are already making significant progress on thiseven in 2017.
Therefore, thereare only two types of jobs that I believe will exist in 25: jobs that controlartificial intelligence, and jobs that artificial intelligence hasn’tcompletely eliminated yet. By controlling artificial intelligence, this doesnot mean everybody needs to become a master of natural learning processing,data mining or developing algorithms. After all, AI still needs a commercialapplication purpose so you need both business and technology experts. As far asthe jobs that are not yet eliminated, I believe these are the kinds of jobsthat require intricate relationships that no robot can simply outmaneuver -until of course another genius figures that out.
