估计大家都知道了，某些期刊已经开始不接收纯生信分析了，
小蛋散在此总结一下自己亲身经历的那些不接收纯生信分析的期刊
（有一点实验都可能是另外一个故事～），
当然也欢迎大家在下方留言，或者把一下类似的内容（投稿时编辑部回信）发给我，
我总结在此，让大家少走弯路，节省时间～
1.OncoImmunology
以下是小蛋散接收到的编辑部回信：
Dear XXX（客套话）,
Your manuscript has now been evaluated. Based on the comments of the members of the Editorial Board, as you can see below, we are unable to offer to publish this work in OncoImmunology. We realize this decision will be disappointing for you but wish you well as you submit your work elsewhere.

The members of the Editorial Board of OncoImmunology who read your paper found that your work is a purely bioinformatics analysis based on published omics data without any experimental validation or exploration. Your paper did not receive a priority score high enough to justify its in-depth evaluation by peer review.
结论：纯生信，据稿，不送审。

Manuscripts consisting solely of bioinformatic investigation of publicly available genomic/transcriptomic data without experimental or in situ validation to support conclusions are not within the scope of the journal.

3.Cancer Management and Research
被拒理由：
Papers utilizing publicly-available data (e.g. SEER/GWAS/TCGA/GEO etc.) should ensure that they are validated using the authors’ own data through replication in an independent sample set and functional follow-up. Bioinformatics studies should also conform to these criteria.
4.Frontiers in Molecular Biosciences
被拒理由：
"The study lacks sufficient data to support the conclusions, especially from biological experiments. Thus, at the current stage, the manuscript does not meet the standard of the Journal."
5. BMC cancer
被拒理由：
I have assessed your manuscript and regret to inform you that it cannot be considered for peer-review. Manuscripts consisting solely of bioinformatics, computational analysis, or predictions of public databases which are not accompanied by validation will not be considered at BMC Cancer.

被拒理由：
Comments from the Editors and Reviewers:
It is only a theoretical work with no experimental verification, and therefore it is not recommended for publication in Bioengineered. However, the authors are welcome back when the results are experimentally verified, or a more general review article on the topic.
7. Journal of Oncology
被拒理由：
As for paper based on public databases, for instance, SEER, GEO, TCGA, etc., the author’s new data should be included into the study to make a robust conclusion
