We chinese pepople always say that, a good person behave himself even when he is alone.

Patheticly, I always fail to do this. Over and over again, I turn on televasion, surf the internet on the phone,or justlie down without doin anything. It's like I am always trying to do an easier thing instead of the right thing. What a shame.

Can I fix this poor thing and try to be a nicer one?

Let me have a try.

In fact, the most easy taken method should be 'never be alone'. Kidding.HaHa. 

Maybe we can just change a view?  First we must figure out why. Why we get trapped so easily? In the precious spare time,all we want is happiness. Who can deny this and reject the happiness  right beside your hands. Fool is the answer. Or you really find the truth that the happiness along with you now is in fact poison. This really will require some more vision that few people posess. Adictting to drugs,nicotin,computer games,tv shows,sex porn is all for this reason. People just want dopamine as life is so hard. However, the cheap dopamine will help nothing in your real life. Of course we can take some anathetic when we are so pain. For example, mothers take anathetic when giving birth. Some mama even went die because of the pain is too hard to tolerate.

So it comes to a classical answer. The dosage matters.

We must learn to train ourself not to lose control. We just live with pain and dopamin at the same time. We can not ignore pain and leave everything hard behind. Waste of time and life. Waste is not crime,but if we just be brave and tolerate a little more and a bit longger, the waste will be less. And we can get over the pain more quickly and run into the new life with new hope a bit earler.

So, just bring out a bit more brave , a bit more persist, Today and Tommorow will stand by us.
