2 what: firstly, my paper will state that what the findings on the literature gap;
why: after my intern ship, I am interested in global sourcing, and find some problems on this company, so I start to do some researches and gradually find the literature gap to study.
how: firstly, read plenty of literatures and summary their achievements; secondly, check if the company is in some trouble which is solved by the previous study; thirdly, find the reason why the company does not apply the solutions to solve its problems; finally, try to provide a new practical way to help the company to settle down the problem on global sourcing.

significance:
based on the actual problems of a company, this paper will analysis the gap between the literature and the practice; and find the key factors affecting the application of the solutions provided by the literatures and provide some suggestion to help the company solving the problems.
