练习感悟：
每天都在坚持练习，今天是第100天。很难想象已经练习了100天。
经过这100天，我已经把练习口语当成了生活的一部分，不再是一个任务。读英语反而让我觉得轻松，甚至在烦闷时，读英语是一种宣泄。
这100天里，经过对元音有针对性地发音练习，我的元音发音进步明显，并且牢记每一个元音的发音位置，能自主地纠正。通过跟读，语音语调、语速、停顿与刚刚读时，不可同日而语。接下来我将刻意练习辅音，同时希望自己能结合语法知识，尝试自己脱口而出。
这100天，我不仅在练习英语，而且坚持阅读，不管多浮躁，都让自己沉下心来阅读。阅读也成了我生活的一部分。虽然自己仍然在按部就班地工作，但精神充实，并不觉得空虚。
我会继续坚持下去，期待100天后的自己。
