This weekend, the first class (8:20-10:20) the club organized games, the players had chance to play 2or more games and enjoyed those matches and were supported by the parents.
The second class (10:30-12:30), we had 13 kids.
1. Warm up
The players did warm up with and without ball. They performed different exercises with the ball (throw the ball in the air with hands, joggling the ball by foot and knee, step over, 踩球, 拉球)
Without ball the players did running exercises, increasing the speed progressively, different coordination exercises and stretching
2. Dribbling the ball and passing
The players dibble the ball (inside and outside of the foot)through cones and were asked to do it perfectly and quickly. Dribble then pass to the teammate, and after passing quickly and run to the position. After these exercises, they played a game against players from other group, they played 4v4.
