下文将以乔布斯在斯坦福大学毕业典礼上的演讲划分方式划分我的读书摘抄：
今天我将向你们讲述生活中的三个故事，这三个故事没有什么大不了的事情，只是我生活中的三个故事而已
（Today I want to tell you three stories from my life.That is it. No big deal. Just three stories. ）
一、 兴趣的诞生，性格的养成
The fisrt story is about connecting the dots.
( 第一个故事是关于怎样把生活中的点点滴滴都串联起来)
1.人生因不同而美丽
You have to trust in something you gut, destiny,life , karma,whatever. This
approach has never let me down ,and it has made all the difference in my
life .
(你必须要相信某些东西，你的勇气命运生命因缘，任何你自己经历的东西，
这些经历从来都没有让我失望过，而是让我的生命变得更加的与众不同）
2.好到没有人看的角落
When you are a carpenter making a beautiful chest of drawers,you are not
going to use a piece of plywood on the back, even though it faces the
wall and nobody will ever see it . You will it is there, so you are going to
use a beautiful piece of wood on the back. For you to sleep well at night ,
the aesthetic ,the quality, has to be carried all the way through.
(如果你是一个木匠，正在做漂亮的衣柜，你是不会使用胶合板来做衣柜的背面
的，即使背面是对着墙而且没有人会仔细观看，但是你知道，背面依然是衣柜的
一部分，所以你会使用同样好的木材来制作柜子的背板。产品的质量和艺术美感
将会一直保持下去，为了你能够安心入睡。）
3.追随你的内心
Your time is limited ,so do not waste it living someone else's life. Do not
be trapped by dogma-which is living with the results of other people's
thinking. Do not let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own
inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart
and intuition . They somehow already know what you truly want to
become.
（你的时间是有限的，所以不要浪费时间活在别人的生活中，不要被教条束缚，教
条是别人的想法生成的，不要让别人的观念削弱自己内心的声音，最重要的事情
是：拥有勇气跟随内心的直觉的指示，其实你早就已经知道自己想要成为什么样
的人。）
4.因为热情
We are just enthusiastic about what we do .
(我们只是对自己所做的事情充满了热情。)
5.放弃你现在所拥有
If you want to live your life in a creative way ,as an artist, you have to not
look back too much .You have to be willing to take whatever you have
done and whoever you were and throw them away.
(如果你想要活的更加有创造性，像一个艺术家一样，就不要深陷在过去，你必须
乐于接受自己的过去，然后将过去的不堪通通忘记。）
6.好奇和直觉
And much of what I stumbled into by following my curiosity and intuition
turned out to be priceless later on.
(追随自己的好奇心和直觉，我所投入过的事情，后来都成为无比宝贵的财产。）
7.顿悟的力量
I saw a lot of people contemplating things but it did not seem to lead to
too many places. I got very interested in people who had discovered
something more significant than an intellectual , abstract ,understanding.
(人们重视经验，不重视智慧，我看过很多人都沉思冥想，但是似乎没有什么作用
所以，我对那些能够超越有形物质的人物或者是形而上学的学说很感兴趣，也开
使注意到比知觉和意识更高层次的东西。 ）
8.挑战不可能
We attract a different type of person -a person who does not want to
wait five or ten years to have someone take a giant risk on him or her.
Someone who really wants to get in a little over his head and make a
little dent in the universe.
(我们对一种人感兴趣，会为了他们敢冒风险，这种人不会等上5年或者10年后，
他们会挑战一些不可能的事情，最终改变全世界的观念。）
9.求知若饥，虚心若愚
Stay hungry, stay foolish.
二、 风云际会，爱恨情仇
My second story is about love and loss.
(我要讲的第二个故事是关于爱和失去）
1.改变世界
We are here to put a dent in the universe .Otherwise why else even be
here?
（活着就是为了改变世界，难道还有其他的原因吗？）
2.执着带来成功
I am convinced that about half of what separates the successful
entrepreneurs from the non-successful ones is pure perseverance...
Unless you have a lot of passion about this, you are not going to survive
You are going to give it up . So you have got to have an idea, or a
problem or a wrong that you want to right ,that you are passionate about
otherwise, you are not going to have the perseverance to stick it through.
(我坚信，在一定的程度上，划分成功和不成功的企业家的标准很简单，就看
他是否足够执着。除非拥有足够的热情，否则很难坚持下来，中途就会放弃，
所以你需要明白，当遇到一个困难或者犯了一个错误的时候，正是需要你焕发热情的
时候，不然，你会很难持之以恒。）
3.找出问题症结
Once you get into the problem.... you see that it is complicated, and you
come up with all these convoluted solutions. That is where most people
stop , and the solutions tend to work for a while. But the really great
person will keep going , find the underlying problem, and come up with
an elegant solution that works on every level.
(每次着手解决一个问题的时候，你觉得它总是很复杂，用了各种方法来解决了它，
这时候大部分人都会停下来，而你的解决方案似乎总能奏效一段时间，但是真正
优秀的人，将会一直坚持解决麻烦，直到找到问题症结所在，给出一个一劳永逸的
解决方法。）
4.至繁归简
Simple can be harder than complex, you have to work hard to get your
thinking clean to make it simple .But it is worth in the end because once
you get there, you can move mountains.
(简单比复杂更加复杂，你必须努力工作才可以将你的思路理清，但是这样做总是
值得的，一旦思路理清，你就可以更加风雨无阻。）
5.绝对不一样
We are gambling on our vision,and we would rather do that than make 'me
too' products. Let some other companies do that. For us ,it is always the
next dream.
(我们着眼于我们的视野，我们不喜欢生产一样的产品，我们总倾向于生产明天的梦
想。)
6.我的工作是让人们更加优秀
My job is not to be easy on people, My job is to make them better.
(我的工作不是让员工更加轻松，而是让他们更加优秀。）
7.艺术家靠偷
I mean Picasso had a saying , he said good artists copy , great artists steal.
And we have always been shameless about stealing great ideas and I think
part of what made the Macintosh great was that the people working on it
were musicians and poets and artists and zoologists and historians who
also happened to be the best computer scientists in the world.
(我记得毕加索曾经说：好的设计师抄袭，伟大的设计师偷盗，我们从来没有偷取伟大
的想法是羞耻的，我认为使得Macintosh 变得如此伟大的重要原因是：
在这里工作的人刚好是音乐家、诗人、画家、生物学家、历史学家等，恰巧他们都是
世界上最好的计算机学家。）
