Those disables are working for a so called welfare company. Who hire disables for government support. I am not sure if they care about those disables they hired.
These disable are kind of grateful because few company will hire them. So they never ask for anything, even in a bad circumstance. They are afraid of losing such an opportunity. That's why the old man lives in such a steel house and never complained.
So I doubt if they care and hire them. Or they just want the support and hire them.
