PART 2: Thoughts
The best way to get past any barrier is to come at it from a different direction, which is one reason it is useful to work with a teacher or coach.
这也是为什么我决定参加阅读群的原因。
One caveat here is that while it is always possible to keep going and keep improving, it is not always easy.
进步没那么容易，这也是很多人最后放弃的原因。
focus：Steve在实验中会自言自语，自我激励奖励为自己加油打气，然后继续focus在自己实验中。我觉得这种自我暗示并分解成小目标的方法很有效，记得刚开始看原版书时很吃力，看不下去，我就不断的自我洗脑，比如每天任务是10页，看完5页我很想放弃时，我就会说不然再看一页很棒做到了，不断的再一页通过这样的 baby steps看到了10页。
get outside your comfort zone：安于现状是我现在很多同事的状态，有时看看他们貌似不学习也没关系，为什么这么辛苦的花时间看书学习，因为想要进步，想要变成更厉害的自己，所以我每天坚持背单词练口语，强迫自己学习，突然某一次培训中自己的表现得到了组长的赞赏，更坚定了自己的坚持。
purposeful practice、not “try harder” but rather “try differently” ：身边没有导师牛人指导自己的英语学习，感觉自己虽然每天try harder但没有质的进步，通过这种高效阅读群和一些好的书籍中找到更多更适合自己的训练方式，比如原来看书自己从不做笔记，现在开始尝试去写，开始不知道怎么写，就一直看他们优秀笔记的写法并学习。
作者不断通过实验和例子告诉我们坚持很重要，但方法更重要，后面作者是分享更具体的练习方式。
PART 2: Summary
I think Mind map is a good tool to summary. But I don't know how to use it exactly. So I was learning and trying to make it out. Even it costs a lot of time. I think I am getting out my comfort zone like the author said.
