备考注会考试,连续听了两三个小时的课,很枯燥,感觉注意力集中很难,效率很低。因为这些内容是我没接触过的内容,老师讲的挺粗,再加上连续听课没有做题,所以这些知识只是在我脑海中像风一样刮过去了,没有留下勾回。所以我就去英语趣配音APP上配音了,这是一件可以让我放松的事情,再回来的时候就感觉效率提高了不少呢。
就像我们知道情绪低落的时候假装微笑一段时间后我们真的会感到高兴起来,感到高兴以后思考和行动可以更高效。那么还有什么办法可以立刻影响我们的情绪呢,那就是改变消极的语言和动作,比如说失败、不喜欢、皱眉、咬紧牙关、耸肩,用积极的、有力量的、有趣的语言和动作来代替,像暂时没成功、大笑、说一些鼓励自己的话,做一些有趣的动作。这正好契合了笑来老师说的语言可以影响我们的大脑,动作也可以,乐观的态度体现在每日的小事中,也被每日的小事所影响。
说到这里,你可能不信。就像付费就是捡便宜一样,非笑友可能觉得不可能。但是对于践行过的笑友们来说,这就是货真价实的道理。你可以从下一次的无聊、烦闷、失去耐心时开始尝试,放松眉头,挂上微笑。每一次成功的经验都会给你下一次的尝试带来力量,以后的每一次会越来越容易,直到它成为习惯。
以下有几条能够打断你的消极状态,让你立即充满效率的建议,虽然有些建议会让你看起来很疯狂,但是,对于我们追求进化的人说,效率更重要。
1对陌生人微笑。远离让你压抑的环境,出去散步20分钟,对沿路每个人都微笑。
2在网上看一段你感兴趣的有趣的视频。对于一看视频就停不下来的人慎入,保护好注意力。
3和自己聊天。可以和自己说一些鼓励的话,或者写下心中的所思所想,接受自己的情绪。
4燥起来。对你的孩子或宠物唱歌,让他们也加进来一起high
5给朋友们打电话。和朋友们聊聊近况,关心一下彼此。

Then she hears her cat dog yawned with an outrageously funny expression of his own boredom.It makes she laugh so that she is full of energy, which makes she remind a research that feeling of happiness leads to an ability to think and act more quickly.
Changing our words and actions can release these " feel good drugs" and replace them with positive,empowering,joyful words and actions.
It's may not easy to convince yourself that this little change could lead you to step away from the stress.It takes discipline and lots of previous,positive experience with a process to make it a habit. So start small, a successful experience can make your next practice more easy.
Here are a few advice I suggest you try to break your current,negative state and jump-start your productivity
