感悟
chapter 5 讲述了deliberate practice 在工作中的应用，这章则讲在生活中的应用。
Deliberate practice is for everyone who dreams.It’s for all those people who want to take control of their lives and create their own potential and not buy into the idea that this right here, right now, is as good as it gets.天才论给了人们一个不再努力不再追求的借口，但是刻意练习打破了传统观念，我佩服那些在晚年还去学习新技能、追求梦想的人，大多时候不是“我不能”，而是“我不想”，甚至不敢想。
不管工作还是生活，DP的原则总是一样的，首先，找一位好老师。他可以发现你自己没有察觉或者察觉了还是改不掉的问题，更重要的是，他可以引导你建立更完善有效的mental representation。怎么找一位好的导师，前面都说过了，不得不说Ericsson真的很啰嗦。
光有方法和执行力也不行，专注，专注，专注，至关重要。不专注的练习就是无效练习。针对weakness设计特定的练习方法，攻克弱点，进步会很快。让我想起学生时代的做题方法，题目不可能只做一遍，但是复习的时候最好的方法不是把全部题目再做一遍，而是把错题做一遍，会的题目再做你还是会的，错题就不一样了，往往第二次还是错，纠正以后就弥补了你知识点的漏洞，用最短的时间复习你最欠缺的知识。
只要你记住focus、feedback、fix it，那么没有导师也可以自己训练自己。找到目标，设计方法进行练习，发现缺点并改进，直到你接近你模仿的expert的水平甚至超越。但是相对而言，没有导师对个人的决策能力、洞察力、自制力等等都要求更高了。
