2020.5.26日下午九点四十六提交审核，5月27日上午五点三十八进入审核，审核了6分钟，因为2.3.1被拒，感觉是机审。就在解决方案中心里进行了回复。

然后在 开发者 中心 联系我们 那里 选择了 APP审核->App被拒澄清 那里也进行了 邮件解释
输入完应用的相关信息，描述和解决方按中心里的描述一致，然后收到苹果一封邮件。

If I “developer reject” a binary and upload a new one does it impact the review time for my submission?
If you reject a binary and upload a new one, the application review
process starts from the beginning and will go to Waiting for Review. We
strongly recommend that any quality assurance testing is performed prior
to submitting the app.
