We are so glad to have you in Beijing next Friday and I will pick you up at Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital Airport. Since you come along all by yourself this time, I'd like to confirm the following things with you.

Arriving time: 8am, 5th April, 2017(Beijing time)
Accommodation: 3days, 5th April to 8th April, Capital hotel (Address: No.street Haidian District)
I will hold up a sign with your name on it and wait for you at the Arrival Gate No.7. You can phone me at 1380000000 as soon as you arrive. We will first go to the Capital Hotel after I pick you up from the airport. As our meeting will start at 2pm that day, you have plenty time to have a rest and I have already booked the lunch for you in the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes walk from the hotel to our office.
There is no need for you to worry about the smoggy air in Beijing for the spring is coming and you'd better take some warm clothes with you since the temperature can range from 2℃ to 16℃ during your stay in Beijing.
