I have read an article about how to live to 100 years old. It offers us several simple tips, such as stop eating takeouts. If You could cook at home more than five times a week, you could be more likely to live an extra decade. I guess that maybe you can use some good ingredients when you are cooking. Then, becoming a vegetarian can also help you to live longer. And processed meat like sausage and bacon and cold-cuts are linked to higher incidence of dying from cancer and heart disease. I think some processed foods contain antiseptic, which is unhealthy for human beings. Aside from that, drinking tea instead of coffee could be a healthy habit for people to keep, because it can help you lower the risk of dying from heart disease. And of course, exercise play an crucial role in our daily lives. This article suggests us that we need to exercise at least three times a week.
