本来洋洋洒洒写了500字的心路历程来剖析和“合理化”自己这次没有坚持下来的原因。但就在刚才,和好友聊天时偶然提及的的两种思维导向——目的论、原因论,再加上上两次晨读的回顾,让我惊觉剖析内心这招或许对我这个擅长自我批评,同时脸皮又比较厚的人来说并不是那么的有用。
所以在这儿列的不是过去两周的总结,而是之后两周晨读的目标和安排。
晨读安排:
1、6:30-7:00
309分钟内通读一个章节,查清每个单词的发音、释义(2.16H, 50%✅)2、7:15-7:45 15分钟查找相关谷歌图片(❌),15分钟摘录相关好词好句至印象笔记及简书。(ps. 如果遇到感兴趣的专有名词随手记录在手帐上,双休早晨集中处理。)
3、19:00 通读翻译该篇,修改补充早晨的阅读笔记(❌)。
晨读终极目标:
1、能够听懂原声书中的90%的单词
2、每篇内容都能够有具体的画面。
3、经过初期调整后,能够在规定时间内完成任务,提高效率。
