今天分享的绘本是No roses for Harry！作者吉恩-蔡恩（Gene Zion），1913年出生于美国纽约，毕业于普瑞特艺术学院，先后从事过编辑、平面设计工作，后成为一名自由作家。他与妻子玛格丽特-布罗伊-格雷厄姆共同创作了许多脍炙人口的绘本作品，如《好脏的哈利》《哈利的花毛衣》《哈利海边历险记》《哈利和爱唱歌的邻居》等。他们作品中的图文搭配以自然、流畅见长，一起创作的另一部作品《全都倒下了》曾获得1951年凯迪克大奖。今天的这本是哈利系列的其中之一。
Harry got a present sweater from grandma on his birthday. But he didn’t like it with roses.
When peplle saw his sweater, they laughed.
Harry made up his mind to lose this present. He thought about many times and failed.
When he noticed a loose stitch in his sweater. The chance came. With the help of a bird, Harry finally loses his sweater.
Then, grandma came to visit. Harry thought about his sweater and unhappy again.
Harry walked with grandma and find his sweater became a bird nest.
At Christmas, Harry got a present from grandma. It was a white sweater with black spots.
一个愉快的happy ending，哈利终于穿上了自己想要的毛衣，这只可爱的小狗总是会想出办法来摆脱困境，在好脏的哈利书中也是如此。围绕故事情节可以设置更多的疑问，问一下小朋友接下来狗狗该怎么办？也许小朋友会想出更好的答案。
