N讀經：
「He said, “If you will listen carefully to the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in his sight, obeying his commands and keeping all his decrees, then I will not make you suffer any of the diseases I sent on the Egyptians; for I am the LORD who heals you.”」
Exodus 15:26
今天讀到這裡最大的感動是說在工作中每每遇到不合 神心意的地方，兩難之時交托給天父，祂每一次都為我逢凶化吉。我們也許沒有那麼大能耐去主導什麼，但 神掌權萬有，祂總有方法。而我們需要做的是走心，意識到問題，交托，相信祂。
「Then the LORD said to Moses, “Look, I’m going to rain down food from heaven for you. Each day the people can go out and pick up as much food as they need for that day. I will test them in this to see whether or not they will follow my instructions.」
Exodus 16:4
人總是貪婪的，但上帝說了有就有，說了管一天就絕對到不了第二天。上帝給我們最完美的計劃，比如婚姻，但總有人覺得一個伴侶不夠。有時候想想，上帝其實是在保護我們。多了麻煩，我們根本處理不了。
「They must realize that the Sabbath is the LORD’s gift to you. That is why he gives you a two-day supply on the sixth day, so there will be enough for two days. On the Sabbath day you must each stay in your place. Do not go out to pick up food on the seventh day.”」
Exodus 16:29
安息日是禮物。很佩服那些無論如何安息日就是什麼都不做的人。其實那就是從 神而來的平安。很難。眼前經驗當中的壓力和焦慮，總是勝過我們對上帝的信靠。
