What does pressure mean to you？
When I was a child, I didn’t like studying. I want to be the top students just by imagination. Right now, I find it hard to change my lazy lifestyle. Is it just because I don’t have much pressure? Maybe so.
So what do you think of pressure? Is it good for us or push us to an opposite way.
If we want to make it clear, the first step is to know the meaning of pressure. Pressure is the force from outside or inside, and will have an influence on both mind and body.
Then we should to know where this kind of force comes from. If it comes from outside, such as the environment, the people or the complicate things，you should know how to deal with it. I usually find someone to talk with or drink some beer with the friends. It actually has no effect on solving the problems. But the point is you can share your sorrow with someone. You must find a way out or you will be mad.
What if the pressure comes from yourself? You have a great goal to accomplish. You have to push yourself to finish. You are doing what you are not good at. You must talk to who do not like. That means growing up in modern society. You are an adult. You have to be an actor or an actress. Sometimes we hate who we are. We don’t want to be this fake human being. We want to be real, to be honest, to be who we are. The best way to realize it is study. Learn what you like. Learn what you are good at. Learn with your heart. Even if you are not the best specialist, you will feel free, not only for mental, but also for your body.
