前天完成了晨读复盘,下午把工作总结做了,今晚再搞定行动复盘,突然很享受这个过程,觉得最近过的好充实,每天都能学到很多,以前很少写文章,从小语文就不好,所以对写作一直就很反感,但这个月底正好赶上学习总结,又工作总结,中文和英文都走了一遍,感觉自己脑子好像灵活了,反应也快了,真的非常感谢Eric的引导,让我对学习又重新有了活力。
这个月跟着每日一词一天也没有落下,总共10个词,借此机会重新复习一下。

这句话用在我这周的debate真的是再合适不过,刚上去的时候吓得脑子一片空白,大概停顿了半分钟脑子才反应过来,不过第二次上去讲就好多了,确实还是要多练。

7. suffice: to be enough, 是sufficient(足够的)的动词形式
For advanced English learners, a word per day does not suffice.
8. help: to make a situation better, easier, or less painful
If you want to improve you english, more reading and writing can help.
9. upend: to turn something upside down
The internet has upended industries, from entertainment to retailing.
10. trouble: to cause inconvenience or discomfort to
