没有办法找到合适的老师或者教练的时候也能自己按照刻意练习的方法进行训练，所谓创造条件自己上。

这一点的体会要从之前的油画老师说起。他出身贫寒，也没有专业的科班出身，却在美术家协会也有一席之地，在学校也算是学生异常喜欢的老师。当初为了提高自己的技艺，练习形体就针对不同模特，高强度写生。练习速写，就去公园，免费为游人速写，每天二十幅以上高完成度的作品。遇到瓶颈，就研究并撰写论文，论证自己的假设和看法。

这个老师一直是自己内心的一团小火焰，这样也能好好学习，我们还抱怨什么呢？
