One and a half month ago, I saw a post. A girl want to learn a front-end skills because she want to get a front-end job and get a good salary. However, she did not know how to start. I decide to help her. I said that I can teach her if she want. She found me and told me that she want that.
I like she show initiative. this is one of reason that I want to help her. Not like other people, just leave message on her post. It seems that they want me to contact them. It is not good attitude. If you want something, you should be aggressive and do something. We should not just keep waiting and supposed that it will work out by itself.
Unlike in school, great performance on the job isn't just about waiting for assignment and doing them. While in school it was often enough to simply do your assignments, at work you should be identifying ways to drive your department's work forward and taking initiative to do thing better. If you sit around and wait for someone to tell you what to do, you might not get much done. That said, you also need to know the parameters of where you can take initiative and where you can't , which isn't always spelled out explicitly.
I decide to teach her and also it can work out.
