沉寂了小半年，终于瞥见了一点点光亮。那光不是别的地方照过来的，而是，我自己的生命发出来的。不大的一点，对我这个在黑里摸爬滚打的人来说却格外的耀眼。嗯，我又活过来了。
生物学有一个专有名词叫做“沉潜”，讲的是企鹅。
接纳自己的的不好，
突然间豁然开朗，那些沉下去的时刻是为了积蓄更多的力量。
在培训机构工作的时候因为喜欢鲁米的名字，把自己的英文名换成了和他一模一样的。在这之前，从未读过鲁米的诗。这次读来，竟然那样的特别。仿佛重生之日见到了彩虹。
