COMING SOON: TransactionDesk for Electronic Forms and Signatures

March 5, 2018 -- TREB is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Lone Wolf Technologies (Lone Wolf) to provide Stratus Users with an industry-leading transaction management solution, TransactionDesk, including integrated electronic forms and eSignatures.

This decision was based on several factors, including the quality of the product and its integrations, as well as the reputation of the provider, Lone Wolf. Lone Wolf has successfully implemented the TransactionDesk platform with some of the largest MLS® Systems in North America, including Stratus (for use for the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island).

The implementation process is already underway. Stratus Users will be able to start using TransactionDesk by mid- to late-spring. Available features will include:

Pre-programmed OREA and TREB Standard Forms

PLUS a 90-day window for Brokerages to have their unique forms programmed and uploaded free of charge. TREB will provide ample notice in advance of the 90-day window for Brokers to send their unique forms to Lone Wolf for programming.

Unlimited, free eSignatures with Authentisign®, which is also an approved WEBForms® eSignature provider, used by over 500,000 real estate professionals in North America.

Authentisign® can be used with WEBForms®

Unlimited document storage for all document types, including those created outside of TransactionDesk.

The ability to start a transaction with just one click from an MLS® Listing, including forms population, saving Members a lot of time on transaction management.

A cross-platform system that works on any device with a Web Browser.

Training will be provided to Stratus Users by TREB Professional Development Staff and Lone Wolf Professional Services in the future, using a combination of in-class and online training options, including sessions at REALTOR® QUEST 2018.
