  • Seurat3.0 的可视化
    可以做文章中figure1的绘图。seurat的绘图会返回ggplot2绘图,容易用ggplot2修改。

  • 多个assay的转换与操作
    在单细胞水平上,不同assay中的便捷切换,如 ADT counts from CITE-seq,integrated/batch-corrected data。可以设置default assay。
