Question Two:
After reading this chapter, I have a clear feeling. In fact, fear itself is not terrible. What is really terrible is the sense of unknown brought by fear, which makes us often unaware of the real situation of danger. So it is difficult to find the right way to overcome it. When we are no longer afraid of the unknown, whatever the source of that fear, we will face it bravely. Only in this way can we truly transcend fear and feel relaxed.
In college, I have been very confused, I have a very big fear for the future. I saw a lot of students around me to participate in a variety of practice teams and discipline competitions to enrich their college experience. There are also a lot of people to learn all kinds of fresh knowledge, to find a lot of internship jobs, andto make themselves more competitive. I felt flustered and I didn't know what to do. I had an unknown fear of all these things. Later, with the gradual adjustment of my state of mind, I gradually realized that there are many choices and possibilities in the university. Through the communication with many people, I got to know everyone's different life plan and goal, and gradually found my own direction. So I felt relaxed and happy.
