Much as we may pride ourselves on our fields ,we always find we are far from professional.
3)为了避免自己做事总是半途而废，我需要培养或者强制自己去形成做这件事的习惯。
In my effort to avoid giving up halfway,I need to cultivate or force me to form a habit to do this thing.
二、No one can avoid being influenced by your work performance in China .Much as we may pride ourselves on our mentality control,we are no longer seperating our job from our living,for in Chinese people’s mind what counts most is not family, but it’s earnings and social status.In our efforts to pay much more attention to our family,social environment and peers have already made decisions for us.
