第三篇 如何改变忧虑的习惯
Rule 1:
Keep busy. The worried person must lose himself in action, lest be wither in despair.
保持忙碌。忧虑的人一定要让自己沉浸在工作中,否则会在绝望中挣扎。
Rule 2:
Let's not allow ourselves to be upset by small things we should despise and forget.
Remember"Life is too short to be little."
不要让自己因为一些应该抛弃和忘记的小事而忧虑。
要记住:"生命如此短暂,不要为小事而忧虑。"
Rule 3:
"Let's examine the record." Let's ask ourselves:"What are the chances, according to the law of averages, that this event i am worrying about will ever occur?"

Rule 4 is:
Cooperate with the inevitable.
接受不可避免的事实。
Rule 6 :
Don't try to saw sawdust.
