1.eloquent
Speech or writing that is eloquent is well expressed and effective in persuading people.
e.g. I heard him make a very eloquent speech at that dinner.
2. notion
A notion is an idea or belief about something.
e.g. I reject absolutely the notion that privatisation of our industry is now inevitable.
3. contention
Someone's contention is the idea or opinion that they are expressing in an argument or discussion.
e.g. This evidence supports their contention that the outbreak of violence was prearranged.
4. disguise
If yo are in disguise, you are not wearing your usual clothes or you have altered your appearance in other ways, so that people will not recognise you.
e.g. She's adopted so many disguises her own mother wouldn't recognise her.
