1. Fort York National Historic Site (250 Fort York Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3K9)

2. Gibson House Museum(5172 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 5P7)
Gibson House(goo.gl/WMFzU8)位于North York Centre地铁站附近。这里原先是苏格兰移民兼政治家David Gibson的住宅,如今被改建成一个小博物馆,展示19世纪人们的生活。Gibson House定期举办的教育类活动需要大量的志愿者。感兴趣的朋友可以直接联系:gibsonhouse@toronto.ca
3. Scarborough Museum(1007 Brimley Rd, Scarborough, ON M1P 3E8)
Scarborough Museum(goo.gl/MJLgK3)位于景色优美的Thomson Memorial Park内,18世纪末曾是David Thomson和Mary Thomson夫妇的宅院。Scarborough Museum的志愿者负责协助处理博物馆的日常工作以及组织定期的活动。感兴趣的朋友可以直接联系:shm@toronto.ca
City of Toronto Historic Sites is a collective term for a number of museums operated by the City of Toronto. These sites bear witness to the development of the city throughout the history. Currently, there are numerous volunteer opportunities available at some of the museums. You will be responsible for assisting with daily operations and organizing special events.
1. Fort York National Historic Site (250 Fort York Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3K9)
A military stronghold built in the late 18th century to defend the settlement from potential invasions from America. If you are interested in volunteering at this site, please contact Julie Cloutier at "historicsitevolunteers@toronto.ca".
2. Gibson House Museum(5172 Yonge St, North York, ON M2N 5P7)
Previously belonged to the Scottish immigrant David Gibson, this museum showcases people's life in the 19th century. To volunteer at this site, please contact "gibsonhouse@toronto.ca".
3. Scarborough Museum(1007 Brimley Rd, Scarborough, ON M1P 3E8)
Located at the beautiful Thomson Memorial Park, this site belonged to David and Mary Thomson in the late 18th century. To volunteer here, please contact "shm@toronto.ca".
