22 摩西回到耶和华那里，说：“主啊，你为什么苦待这百姓呢？为什么打发我去呢？
Moses returned to the LORD and said, "O Lord, why have you brought trouble upon this people? Is this why you sent me?
23 自从我去见法老，奉你的名说话，他就苦待这百姓，你一点也没有拯救他们。”
Ever since I went to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has brought trouble upon this people, and you have not rescued your people at all."
1 耶和华对摩西说：“现在你必看见我向法老所行的事，使他因我大能的手容以色列人去，且把他们赶出他的地。”
Then the LORD said to Moses, "Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh: Because of my mighty hand he will let them go; because of my mighty hand he will drive them out of his country."
2 神晓谕摩西说：“我是耶和华。
God also said to Moses, "I am the LORD.
3 我从前向亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各显现为全能的 神，至于我名耶和华，他们未曾知道。
I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob as God Almighty, but by my name the LORD I did not make myself known to them.
4 我与他们坚定所立的约，要把他们寄居的迦南地赐给他们。
I also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, where they lived as aliens.
5 我也听见以色列人被埃及人苦待的哀声，我也记念我的约。
Moreover, I have heard the groaning of the Israelites, whom the Egyptians are enslaving, and I have remembered my covenant.
6 所以你要对以色列人说，我是耶和华。我要用伸出来的膀臂重重地刑罚埃及人，救赎你们脱离他们的重担，不作他们的苦工。
"Therefore, say to the Israelites: 'I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment.
7 我要以你们为我的百姓，我也要作你们的 神。你们要知道我是耶和华你们的 神，是救你们脱离埃及人之重担的。
I will take you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians.
8 我起誓应许给亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的那地，我要把你们领进去，将那地赐给你们为业。我是耶和华。”
And I will bring you to the land I swore with uplifted hand to give to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob. I will give it to you as a possession. I am the LORD.'"
9 摩西将这话告诉以色列人，只是他们因苦工愁烦，不肯听他的话。
Moses reported this to the Israelites, but they did not listen to him because of their discouragement and cruel bondage.
10 耶和华晓谕摩西说：
Then the LORD said to Moses,
11 “你进去对埃及王法老说，要容以色列人出他的地。”
"Go, tell Pharaoh king of Egypt to let the Israelites go out of his country."
12 摩西在耶和华面前说：“以色列人尚且不听我的话，法老怎肯听我这拙口笨舌的人呢？”
But Moses said to the LORD, "If the Israelites will not listen to me, why would Pharaoh listen to me, since I speak with faltering lips?"
13 耶和华吩咐摩西、亚伦往以色列人和埃及王法老那里去，把以色列人从埃及地领出来。
Now the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron about the Israelites and Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he commanded them to bring the Israelites out of Egypt.
注释:
1，摩西向耶和华抱怨
2，耶和华给摩西强调他是耶和华
他把以色列百姓的哀苦看在眼里放在心里。同时也强调自己会应了与先辈的约。
3，以色列百姓因为受苦不肯听耶和华的话。
4，耶和华吩咐摩西兄弟去找法老，叫他们把百姓从埃及地领出来。
诠释:
1,遭受苦难挫折的时候，以色列人的官长向摩西抱怨，摩西转而来向耶和华抱怨。
一层又一层的关系，相互抱怨。
2，神的地位是真真切切实实在在的
3，受苦难时最考验我们的信心。
最容易产生放弃的念头，容易被自己情绪左右。
4，神再次吩咐二人去找法老，此时已经将要出现转机。
应用:
1，生活不可能一点挫折和苦难都没有，重点是我们要怎么样去面对。就像保罗坐监狱时的那种喜乐。
2，每天灵修，心怀感恩，不住祷告。
3，当我们遭遇苦难挫折时，要有更加坚定的信心，我们可以祷告，通过与神的对话来坚固自己的信心，神必垂听我们的祷告。有神在，一切都不怕。哪怕过程辛苦一点，我们也也愿意承担。
4，神的话，只需照做。更何况这里有一种耳提面命的感觉。
有时候我们分不清什么话对我们有利什么话对我们不利。
我们都被自我所蒙蔽。
但我们都因着耶和华的爱，蒙了福，还有什么不知足？
