二 summary＆thoughts
今天的内容一开始通过一些实验说明：EQ高人的只会在开始学习的阶段更容易，但随着年龄的增长，进入成年期，EQ对成才所起的作用很小。从而说明刻意练习的重要性
今天令我有感触的是最后一部分：相信天生才华的危险
人们觉得那个孩子是音盲，那他绝不会去学习演奏乐器或者学唱歌；
人们觉得那个孩子不擅长数学，那他就不会对数学感兴趣。
等他们长大以后，他们也就相信了自己的确学不好。人们先入为主的判断，会影响人的行为，以至于这人判断最后真的实现。
当然，当孩子从老师、父母那时得到了更多的支持和鼓励时，能够增强孩子学习的信心，能够更快的提升他们的能力，这是积极的自我实现。
过度相信天生才华，往往使人们假设有些人生来就具有某方面的天赋，而另一些则不具备。
在我看来，拥有这样的想法，危害大致可以分为两个方面：助长“有天赋”的那些人的惰性，打击“没有天赋”的那些人的信心。
