0x1 安装GoSDK
Windows系统下载 https://storage.googleapis.com/golang/go1.8.3.windows-amd64.msi 需要翻墙。
0x2 本地环境变量配
GOBIN=C:\Go\bin

GOPATH=C:\GoWrokspaces
PATH= ;C:\Go\bin;C:\GoWorkspaces\bin
GoWorkspaces 目录下需要新建三个文件目录,分别是src,bin,pkg。
