*一、Family
1. How often do you meet-up with your parents? Unfortunately my father has been dead for 43 years, but I always miss him very, very much! For my mother,she lives with my first younger sister, so I can visit her a lot. But in fact, I seldom go, because I have to keep watching my shop every day for my life.
2.What activities do you enjoy doing with your family?
When I am with my family, we will cook delicious food together, go shopping, travel and see scenic spots and so on. When I am with my family, I really feel relaxed and enjoy it
3.What is more important to you: having a happy family or a successful career?
In my opinion, both are equally important! They can't be compared.
4.Do you think exchanging words of encouragement between family members is important? Yes, I do. If between family members ofen exchanging words of encouragement, it can makes every person will be confident and get programs.
5.How do you express love to your family?
If I have free, I can cook delicious foods for them. What's more, as long as I have something delicious, I'm always reluctant to eat. I always want to keep it for them first. What's worse is that I often break the foods! Because my son and daughter-in-law are also hairdressers, they are very busy ,and they live in the county town about 100 kilometers away from me, so they come less
6.In your opinion does financial status matter in a relationship?
In my opinion, financial status is important for love relationship, but I think human quality is more important. Because if a person's quality is not good, others may be worse, and life is meaningless.
二、Personal hobby
1. What are some of your hobbies?
My hobbies are learning English, singing ,reading, writing, hairdressing, and so on. Besides, before my elbows got sick, I liked doing handicrafts.
2. What hobby have you had for the longest time? Why is this hobby important to you? Learning English is my longest lasting hobby, since I was a pupil. But later when I am in middle school, insted it I would like to be an English teacher. But unfortunately, I entered high school for only a week, I had to drop out of school for some reason, my dream was shattered!And now, since I joined Yang Ma's English learning team, my dream has been quietly revived in my heart.
3. Are there any hobbies you would like to try? When I was in the third grade of primary school, I tried to be a Chinese and maths teacher. Every day after school, my classmates from near the village came to my home, with nearly 20 person at most. I try to teach them new lessons, make up questions, checked and changed their homework and so on. The teacher also praised and encouraged me! And my teacher would offer me some chalk every day. I especially enjoyed that experience time .
4. How do you balance your hobbies with your personal life and job?
Of course, I will take care of my own work first, and then if I have free time, I will go into my hobbies. Because of me, I have to earn more money in order to maintain the basic living.
5. Do you and your family have any hobbies in common?
My family and I have little in common. When our son was in primary school, we left him in his hometown for two years, and then we had the condition to take him to Xichang together. But we can't take good care of him, So my son has few good hobbies. But now, his hairdressing and business are still very good!
6. If your family did not support your hobby, would you still stick with it?
For me, if it's like that, I'll tell them about the benefits of my hobbies, and then I still stick with it.
三、Work
1. What was your first job? Did you enjoy it?
My first job was to babysit the boss of a shoe factory. I was only 16 years old at that time. It was the first time I left my hometown to go to Chongqing city. Maybe the most important factor is that I missed my family and friend very much! So I felt very uncomfortable! Then after only one day's work, I quit and went home!
2. What is your current job? Why did you choose this job?
My current job is hairdressing. Now I do this job mainly because my sister and her husband are hairdressers. In fact, my lifelong dream was to be a teacher.
3. Do your family and friends support your choice of work?Yes,they do. Because my former husband and I are hairdressers, so for now, my son and his wife are also hairdressers.
4. Do you have a career plan? Are you following your plan?
Yes, I do. Because my lifelong dream was to be a teacher. So since I met Mis. Tracy and I joined her team, my dream began to revive in my heart. Now, as long as I have free time every day, I can practice English with my friends.
5. What factors are important to you when choosing a job?
For me, interests and hobbies in choosing a job are the most important, followed by salary
6. What factors are important in creating a positive work environment?
Comfortable environment, the quality of members, the friendship between members, the care of superiors to subordinates, the respect of subordinates to superiors, and the good communication between people when necessary,and so on. These are all factors to create a positive work environment
