I suppose brain is a magic portion of our body. Considering it supports our fluctuating moods, wild imagination and decisive determination, it's legitimate that brain consumes a lot of energy. Using in-between spaces is a great method to relax our mental and keeping a light mood can make us much more concentrate. When you're done with one thing, instead of rushing to the next, pause and enjoy this in-between space.
