Through one year of club running, I have recognized that education is the most important part of our club, we have to spend 80% energy on it! Because we are an English TMC, so the English skills are the basic for all of us. We have no excuse not to learn it well. In nearly 2 or 3 months, I worked with Jack, discussed a lot and tried to find the best way for members. Now, we are sure that we find the right way! That is we "Using English as much as possible"! we Learn English by Using it!
We implanted the "input & output" theory into our education system. "Input" means to listen, to read and discuss, that why we watch Tv programmes every Thursday. "Output" means to write and to speak, that's why we persist on writing essay everyday, and give speeches on Tuesday's night & Sunday's night!
These education system shows its powerful vitality. we see some of our members can write very long articles in English, they are making amazing huge progress! We can say that we have formed the rudiment of English Learning Method for our club, and we will persist on doing this!
