Today is Wednesday. The holiday is ending. This January has passed and I will be on the way back home this afternoon.
I hadn't watched TV seriously for a long time by this Spring Festival. I had thought that watching TV was a waste of time. I would rather read a book than spend time watching TV. Just the day before yesterday, occasionally I changed the channel to CCTV-9, the documentary channel of CCTV. It was showing a documentary whose name is the Aerial View of China. I was attracted by the beautiful video pictures immediately. The video is about Xinjiang Uyger Autonomous Region. It is taken by the camera in an airplane. The scenes in Xinjiang are really splendid. I saw the fields of red tomatoes, purple lavender, white cotton and red pepper. I saw the swans on the green lake. I saw the wild donkeys on the wild moor. I saw the camels on the yellow deserts. I saw an eagle swooping to catch a hare on the white snow field. I saw a few reflections of the sun set on the river wound on the prairie. I saw the old cites and the modern cities. I saw the clear and blue skies everywhere. There are so many colorful and magnificent pictures that I cannot describe in my poor words.
I must travel to Xinjiang in the future.
