实现思路：
观察键盘弹出键值。在键盘将要弹出的时候修改
键盘弹出的观察者：
- UIKIT_EXTERN NSNotificationName const UIKeyboardWillShowNotification __TVOS_PROHIBITED;（键盘将要出现）
- UIKIT_EXTERN NSNotificationName const UIKeyboardDidShowNotification __TVOS_PROHIBITED;（键盘已经出现）
- UIKIT_EXTERN NSNotificationName const UIKeyboardWillHideNotification __TVOS_PROHIBITED;（键盘将要隐藏）
- UIKIT_EXTERN NSNotificationName const UIKeyboardDidHideNotification __TVOS_PROHIBITED;（键盘已经隐藏）
方法实现
初始化添加观察者
