but it’s not I want to say , I have sawed Some young runners they are eager to rush to the terminal point ,so than they can’t adjust their breath ,their speed, their emotions.so you can always see some runners lay down when they finished or not ,a huge pity.

But you can also see some elder runners,may be fourty or fifty ，they are running not too slow not too quick,and get the destination safely .
