1多用现在进行时,用虚拟语态,语气很委婉显得很有礼貌,比较缓和。如I am following, I am contacting.
2给客户选择的余地,不要步步紧逼,what
should I do? Please advice.让客户给建议。
3尽量用一些客气的词,如please,
thank you, advice, would, would like等词汇。
范例一:
Dear R,
I'm just following up on an email I previously
sent to you. I understand that you are busy, but I would appreciate it if you
could review the email and respond to me as soon as you can.
If I don't hear from you by the end of the
week, what should I do? Please advice..

Hi B ,
Thank you for your recent business proposal.
I'm contacting you to let you know that we have decided against progressing
with your submission on this occasion. However, I wanted to write to you and
explain why personally.
(Insert reason).

proposals.
