今天终于去吃 D.O.C. Gastronomia Italiana 了。
据说菜单是每天换的,这是当日菜单。
章鱼色拉很新鲜啊,章鱼甚至是脆甜的,还点缀了紫色三色堇,让整盘都生动起来了。
圣诞披萨是卷边吃的,我心里说“这不是馕嘛”,但切着吃就很确切地知道这绝不是馕!丧心病狂的芝士和外焦里嫩的披萨皮,还有清凉爽口的罗勒酱,随随便便组合下就好好吃,店制意大利式辣香肠是刚好的香辣,每口披萨都有丰富的滋味。
最好吃的还是甜品,店内自称可能是世界上最好吃的提拉米苏(呵呵)造型太奇特了,所有人都是一阵沉默,一块法芙娜巧克力风帆插在一坨提拉米苏上,乖乖隆地洞一吃就惊艳,挖挖挖不停挖地吃掉了;有机焦糖苹果挞配香草玉桂冰淇淋,焦糖苹果热辣香美,配着玉桂冰淇淋吃,味道太美妙,现在嘴角还在回香。
我喜欢 D.O.C. 的环境多过食物,大概还是因为对披萨不感冒吧。我从去年做 Pick 的时候就很想来 D.O.C. 吃,约了几次没约上,于是就作罢了,大约当时刚刚开,还处在十分火爆的时期,直到最近蔡小晒说起,我都差点忘记了这个店。当初我被吸引的原因还是那工业时代感的装修风格,裸露的水泥墙,矿工灯,木楼梯等等,今天到门口的时候,还有大长腿老外(我们还以为是路人)给我们开门,以及我们离开的时候,也有男士跑过来开门,这般欧洲风的殷勤,还是让几个女孩子十分受用的。
回家还饶有兴致地打开 City Weekend 看 reviews,D.O.C. 下面有好多 reviews 哦,有个人这样写的好好笑,顺手翻译出来贴在下面,供君一笑(原文在这里):
Ok: the owners of DOC in Melbourne tried to get into Shanghai. Sincerely? Better to rethink your strategy guys…in Melbourne you have the best quality pizza and not a lot of blurb of other things on the menu. Plus the price is not so high. Here you need to get real: I am Italian (coming from Italy) and there are at least 5 places in town where the pizza is better than this one and the price is lower.
好吧:墨尔本的 DOC 要来上海?卧槽!你们真是够任性呢呵呵,是的在墨尔本你们是有卖最好的披萨没错,并没有辜负你们在杂志里卖的小广告,而且价钱也没有很夸张;但是你要开到上海来,给我罩子放亮点好吗,我是个意大利人(来自意大利而不是从其他国家来假装是意大利人的人),可以负责任地说,上海至少有五家比你们做披萨做得好吃的店,价钱都没你们贵好吗!
Again: in Melbourne you talk about top notch ingredients for a reasonable price. Here you are talking about an average pizza for a price that is not average at all in a city that has definitely better place to offer pizza wise.
我想重申下:在墨尔本,你们也许是采用顶级食材配料但价钱很公道,在上海你不过是做普通披萨却要这么高价你好意思吗?

I owe some apologies. Had a chance to talk to the owner of the ORIGINAL D.O.C. in Melbourne to discover that……the one in Shanghai is not his! A guy working for him stole the concept and recreated everything (brand included) in Shanghai! That's the reason why there is such a difference then!
不好意思我错了。我偶然有个机会去跟墨尔本 D.O.C. 的老板聊了才发现,上海这家特么就不是他的,只不过他以前的员工剽窃了他的理念,山寨了他的店,连招牌都一并抄袭,难怪质量竟有云泥之别!
