when i was a child i think i am not good at all of the sports because whenever i jion sports meenting i was the last one so i orther to be a cheerleader but about one year ago i start keep running and now i am an amateur of marathon runner so how can i do this thing i think i should make a summary for myself and i want to share it to my fellow toastmasters
firstly i think the important thing is that we should know what's the really we want . I rememberd i asked my frinds Amy once how could you do when you couldn't keep dong sth She sad :i will recall why i want to do this thing at first . i remembered that i start to run at first is for my healthly so i haven't give up and keep running for today. certainly set a goal and detailing it is also important you should know your level at that time .then you can make a plan and doing it step by step.
The second is if you haven't strong enough maybe you can find the parter who have the same goal with you .you could help each other encourage each other you also can make a competation by yourself the winer can win a small gift That we should know that hat competation is only the amnner not the aim. Walking alone will be faster but with friends will go further.I am thanks my running friends whitout them i couldn't keep running continue now.
The thrid i think is a fine mindset .don't afraid the brevity of sluggish.Is the need to process the quantitative change to qualitative changes. we should have patience. maybe the time you want to give up is the time that you make progress orachieve success。The summer of last year when i decided to give up running at the same time i found that i could run fast tha before.
we know that all of us want to do the thing we are interting in but before this you may do lot of things you have to do. what's the differencn betwon the thing good at or not good at.? i think if you have take good plan all is the same thing.
running isn't fit for everyone but the principle is the same ,at last i hope this method could helpful for you.
