切换gem源
gem sources -l
gem sources --remove https://rubygems.org/
gem sources -a https://gems.ruby-china.com/
sudo gem sources -a https://gems.ruby-china.com/
安装HomeBrew的脚本，内置了镜像

安装cocoapods
brew install cocoapods
安装oh-my-zsh
