07/24/2017
My topic is job interview. I attended an job interview three days ago. I passed the first stage examination. Now I am on the journey of becoming an English teacher. Here are my opinions about preparing for an interview:
First, understand your why. Before preparing for the interview, you should figure out why you choose that job. What kind of opportunities can the company provide for you? As for me, I have tons of interest in English. Becoming an English teacher is a challenge for me. I love it. Besides, there are so many excellent teachers in New Oriental from whom I can learn lots of things.
Second, understand what kind of person does the company you apply for need. Because when you know that, you will have a clear goal on how to prepare for the interview. If you don't know to figure this out, turning to the people who have been employed is a good way. For me, I turned to a good friend for help who has passed the interview. She helped me a lot.
Finally, solidify your professional knowledge. I believe this is the most important. Because you are the one who will depends on your skills. To be a teacher, my job is to impart knowledge to students. Helping them improve their grades is in the first place. So, I have to devote mass time to attaining related knowledge.
To enclose my topic, to well prepare for a job interview. you have to know your why, figure out what kind of person does the company need, and enchance your knowledge.
