The Disadvantages of Ordering Food on the Phone
The apperance of food affects our appetitie subconsciously(潜意识地). We all prefer to eat something served on a clean white plate. If the same food is taken and poured in a cheap plastic box,we will lose our appetite immediately.
When the take-out took longer than we had expected,we would start guessing and feel agitated(焦虑不安的) until it comes.
Some foods are simeply not suitable for take-out.For example,French fries are best served when crispy(酥脆的,易碎的) and hot.Unfortunately, the time that is taken on the road will return them into cold noodles.
Many restaurants do business without a license, and foods are produced in a filthy(肮脏 ['fɪlθi] ) environment.
