一：
a few 、few 后面只能接复数名词

a little、little 后面只能接不可数名词
a little water , little money
a few ,a little 表肯定，表有一些
I have little interest in English , so I am very poor at it.我对英语没什么兴趣，所以学得不好。
few ，little 表否定，表很少
I have a little interest in English ,so I like learning it.我对英语有些兴趣，所以我喜欢学。
二：
some一般用在肯定句中，而any一般用在否定句中
I want to buy some computer books.我想买几本计算机书。
I don't have any friend here.我在这里没有任何朋友。
在疑问句中，我们多数用any，但是表示我们期待的一个正面回答时，要在疑问句中用some。
Have you got any medicine to cure your cough?你吃治疗感冒的药了吗？
Can I have some more wine?我能再喝点酒吗？
some接数词，表示大约，强调这是一个很大的数字。
Some 1,500 passengers and crew died aboard the Titanic.泰坦尼克上大约有1500名乘客和船员丧生。

四：
another只能接单数可数名词，表示不确定的“另一个”

other可与单数名词、复数名词以及不可数名词连用，表示不确定的“另外的”

五：
both只表示“两者都”，而all表示“三个或三个以上都”

neither只表示“两者都不”，而none表示“三者或三者以上都不”
Neither of the twins was arrested，because I saw both at a party last night.
