好啦,今天的主题是酸甜口的:茄汁大虾,英文说法应该是sweet and sour prawns,虽然不是king prawn,但是味道还是棒棒哒!
因为在“美食试炼第一口”里完成了番茄汁的自制,那接下来肯定就要试一下这个番茄酱是否够味,于是我就想到了酸甜口的菜了,本来想要挑战咕咾肉,后来发现要彩椒、淀粉、肉等材料,难度系数较高,还是下次再尝试吧。最近很想吃虾,正好也要补钙,那就做黄晓明最拿手的茄汁大虾吧!
